Data Collected

This site may collect the following data:

• Contact form: name, email address, reason, and message
• Form security: IP address, timestamp, and reCAPTCHA token when the service is configured
• Preference cookies: language, theme
• Audience measurement: browsing data sent to Google only after consent

Use of Data

Contact-form processing relies on the legitimate interest of answering received requests and protecting the website against spam. Data is available to the site publisher and to providers strictly required for operation, including Vercel for hosting and Resend for email delivery. It is never sold. Messages are kept for the time required to follow up on a request and deleted no later than twelve months after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Cookies

Language and theme are preferences required to provide the requested experience. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time through the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. reCAPTCHA can load only after an interaction with the contact form when that service is configured.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and, where applicable, portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, use the address listed in the legal notice. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Changes

This policy is reviewed whenever processing activities or providers change. A new version date is published for every material update.
